These Terms outline the conditions relating to coaching sessions, bookings, payments and promotional offers at BadX. By booking coaching or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Availability
Coaching sessions are subject to venue availability, court availability and coach availability. Session times may occasionally need adjustment due to operational requirements.
Payments
Payments may be required before sessions or on the day of coaching. Pricing and coaching packages may change over time.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible. Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged at our discretion.
Health & Injuries
Players should inform BadX of any injuries, medical conditions or circumstances that could affect participation in coaching activities.
Behaviour Expectations
BadX aims to maintain a respectful, supportive and safe coaching environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in sessions being paused or discontinued.
Junior Players
Where coaching involves junior participants, parents or guardians remain responsible for ensuring accurate information and maintaining communication where required.
Photography & Media
BadX may occasionally take photographs or videos for training, promotional or social media purposes. Permission will be requested where appropriate.
Liability
Participation in badminton coaching and training activities involves physical activity. Players participate at their own risk and should ensure they are fit to take part.

Our introductory promotion is designed to help new players experience coaching and build momentum during their first month.
- Applies to new customers only
- Offer starts from the date of your first booked session
- Valid for one calendar month inclusive
- All eligible 1-to-1 sessions within that period receive 25% discount
- Subject to coach and venue availability
- Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
- BadX reserves the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time
